HOUSE OF MOLDS molds are handmade products,external shape and/ or molds colour(standard rubber) can be different from the pic you see in our shop.The molds function and way of use will be the same also with different external shape. Due to the handmade process,the external surface of the molds could have some little signs of work or little imperfection that will not affect the quality of the mold that will be smooth and glossy inside fo the cavity (in some case where we choose to make matt or frosted surface to have a different look on resin reproduction it will be clearly writed on product description).
MOLD MAKING TIMING:
All molds you see in our shop is hand made just for you after every order and receipt of payment,so it needs a technical timing for production ,usually we dont have a ready to go stock of molds.
Estimated Mold Making Timing (from 1 to 5 molds order)is from 10 to 15 days before to ship it-(so please dont consider week end and holidays )
Some molds can need more time to be made , for example dices molds sets orders can take 2-3 business weeks for mold making only+ delivery timing .
Mold making timing can change during Festive season or right After Big sales and promotions, so in this case estimated mold making timing can reach 3 weeks before to be sent.

For a correct use of our Handmade molds we suggest to always read our MOLDS MANUAL before to use them.
We create every molds order just for you,so we cant accept order cancellation request after 24 hours from the date you placed the order.This cause mold making process is already started and we cant stop it .
In case of order cancellation we can send refund by same value coupon or good exchange of value at least same of the order placed first.

-If you are not happy about what you receive you can return molds or other products within 14 days you received the pack-just get in touch between this timing at firstname.lastname@example.org
-If you think youll liked a different mold or size you can return or change the product within 14 days you received the pack,in same packaging and never used
- if you think the mold have some defects or is damaged during shipping youll need to send us a pic of the mold inside the clear packaging we sent(molds out of clear bag will be considered as used and not possible to be returned) . In case we notice a defect from our fault, that can affect the mold function or resin result we will replace the mold for free or send a coupon of the same value .

-NEVER USED MOLDS,STILL INSIDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
-COLOURS AND RESINS IN ORIGINAL CLOSED CONTAINERS(bottles and jars needs to be never opened)
-TOOLS EMBEDDING OBJECTS and FINDINGS (flowers,stones and other little objects) in original packaging and same weight/quantity we sent
-SENT BACK BY TRACKED SHIPPING METHODS ONLY -shipping cost for return or change a product is covered by the buyer
HOW TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK
-Get in touch at email@example.com within 14 days you received the pack,and let us know if you like to return or change your product (needs to know wich product and reason so we can help you in returning or swapping with other product)
-after our message agreement you can send your goods back to us ,in same original packaging,never used and clean (mold or product)with tracked shipping (this cost will be your coverage)
-Be sure to use bubble bag or safe box to let us receive the goods in best condition and we do
-Let us know tracking code so we can know you have send some back to use
-when we will have the goods in our hands -in same original packaging,never used and clean -we will get in touch for change with other product ,coupon code or refund (in case of refund we will keep the already used shipping cost only)

Our working method allow you to know exactly what youll get during the prototype making so youll have no surprises at the end and full control of your custom work step by step .
-We cant accept returned used molds
We provide mold manual and a quick customer service for any doubt youll have before and after to use the molds
-We cant give any refund in this cases:
-physical address is wrong, or if you move during the delivery**
- In case of missed delivery and the pack is not picked from buyer or abandoned on postal office**
**if the the pack for some reason comes back to us,in this case the buyer will needs to covers repeat shipping costs
-the molds is broken after being used ,we provide mold manual,video tutorial and a quick customer service to help you use the mold in right way but we cant be responsible for mold ripping or tearing caused from a non correct use.
Lost or Missing pack need a certified written tracking or communication from postal service that clearly display that your pack was Lost.
In case of late on delivery or slowdelivery a pack cant be considered as Lost.
In case a pack comes back to us is not considered as Lost.
In case of certified Lost pack there are two options:
1) we can send the order again (goods for free) + shipping costs needs to be covered from customer( as standard tracking shipping is Not Insured)
2) we can send a coupon Refund of same value to spend for 1 year at our offical shop
